Attached Market Update December 7 - 14
Vancouver West saw a supply decline for the third
consecutive week as attached new listing numbers dropped to 125 new active listings; down from 163 in the previous period. The
Westside took accounted for roughly 15%
of the supply decrease with 29 new
attached listings; down from 55 in
the previous period

Detached Market Update December 7 - 14
Sales and listing activity
both trended upwards this past week in the Westside neighbourhoods; though
demand continued to outpace supply as we saw notably more confirmed sales then
new listings across most areas. There continues to be significant pent up
demand on the Westside with the majority of homes going into multiple offer
situations as buyers jump on available product.
